The worst thing about trying to answer your question is that I realize I cant tell whether any really big event happened this year or the year before! It's seems to me that every year carries pretty much of the same shocking events that is worth being called Event of Year.. the war in Iraq, events in Iran, or Palestine.. events between Muslims and no-Muslims..all happen every year. I will choose the World Cup for a change!
