You say you have an avoidant personality disorder, but you want to "avoid" seeing a psychologist. Hmmm. Maybe the first step in fighting it would be to stop avoiding getting professional help. You need someone who can call you on your actions. Doesn't seem like doing it on your own is gonna work.

no, you cannot fight it without medication.

i tried to before in other areas of mental disorder and still no solutions.

after i take my medications regularly, i feel much better.
