Yes, but you need to do a bit of posting to get there.
First join www.tfcph.com
Make 20 forum posts and 5 new topcs. This can be about your new site.
Than join one of these: www.ddboard.com
www.namepros.com
www.dnlister.com
www.dntforum.com
Make the required amount of posts, and than register your domain. Make it so it goes to your tfcph.com site.
