Crack is a file or combination of some files when patched or run, it makes a software working by fake registration. It is made by observing that what kind of files are affected by registration or activation of a software. Once you observe those files and type of changes, a collection of affected files are used as crack. Once you install a demo or non-working software, you apply (some times simply copy or overwriting existing files) crack files and the software starts working.
