you got it wrong. he does not want the us to leave, ever. he wants permanent conflict so there can be permanent bases so there can be permanent access to the oil

well yes of course the deaths in the USA are higher. People in the USA are dieing everyday due to sicknesses, etc. So what does one expect. (most)People in the USA don't die everyday due to bloodshed. So when he puts it like that it is a true statement.
