A Kirby, you got yourself a good piece of kit there. Kirby vaccuums kick as*. You should have got a manual when you bought it. You could always request on from Kirby.

Ask for a salesman to call and give a demo ( don't let on that you have one ) but be prepared for a long night, you might even have to get physical to get rid of him.
