Stretching would be logical. You failed to mention your age. Growth stop at certain age you know.

Hi Nupur,

Good morning.Hey buddy u did not tell ur age.cos height increases till a certain age. Frankly speaking there is no particular Excercise to increase height.But u can do some free hand exercise and have a good food (containing fruits and all)

None. Standing with good posture is about all you can do. How tall a person is depends on their genetics. Being tall is not what some people think it is. I have a daughter that is 6' 5" She has been put thru a lot of crap growing up because of her height. Her Dad was 6'7'' and still got a lot of crap about his height right up till he died. Stand stright and be pround of who you are and don't give a rats butt about how tall you are.

Hi,
You can increase your height by doing the exercises/activity in which body get stretching.
It is found that playing basket ball , bolly ball helps in increasing the height fast. Please try playing these games you will get the desired results in your height.

theres nothing really you can do that is geared torwards making you taller.

although, yoga and stretching activites do help in preventing a person from shrinking in old age.

sleep helps you get taller. if you want feel taller, measure yourself in the morning, when your tallest. ya, its true, your taller in the morning than at night. try it.

but ya, thats pretty much it.

do pull ups . it is the best way to increase height. you can also do swimming for one hour in a day.you can do asanas like suryanamaskar, tadasan, shirshasan, halasana to increase height.

Eat food rich in proteins and calcium. drink milk everyday.

None ,you will not be able to stretch the bone structure of your body.Only surgery will make you taller.
