How do I get a coworker fired?

I work part-time at a radio station and I am trying to get the full-time guy's job. I am better at the job than he is (if only because I pay attention to the show and care about how it sounds). The show is overnights so none of the management sees us perform. If I had his job I would have a much higher salary, vacation time, weekends off, benefits. (as oppossed to working every holiday). The question is how can I get him fired without anyone really knowing that I had anything to do with it. Anybody have any good plans?

Yeah if you had the job you would also have raging guilt as you watched the guy slide into being a poor homeless slob. Number one rule of the working world is ... don't get people fired. If you think he is underperforming, let the ratings take care of it. They will in time. But if you do some underhanded crap, you will have to live with it for a long time. If you help him out and give him a good environment to work in, he might even help get you promoted. I have a sense that people will figure out that you are vicious and you will be the one heading out the door soon.

Let me say firstly, that a) you are very selfish and b) you are certainly unethical; but hey, it's the world we live in today.

Here are some ideas for you, craphead:

1) obtain e-mail password;
2) disguise your voice with digital box and call boss about the guy's nasty pedophilic tendencies
3) mess with his/her car for he/she to arrive late-Consistently.
