Unless you're having emotional problems about seeing an old lady get hit by a car, no you don't have to see a psychiatrist. If you are seeking attention, yes you should see a psychiatrist since they give you a lot of that. We all saw the twin towers fall, but everybody in the US isn't getting a psychiatrist.

If this is something that is bothering you badly and if your having bad dreams and stuff , then i say yes! If your on the Internet asking than it must really be bothering you I'm not sure what you saw or I guess I should say how bad really was it? if it was really bad (lots of blood) I would seek some help maybe. Everybody is different? but it sounds as though sure you maybe need a little help. sunnydays
