Definately buy the toshiba because I have had more friends have problems with HP's than Toshiba.
The extended warrenty is worth getting because laptop parts are expencive if they die.

That would depend on what you are going to use it for. Most people think the more the better. Well the is not always true and as far as the warrenty read the fine print. I know of people who have bought Best Buy's warrenty and have hated it.
You may want to try other shops that sell something similiar; you may find something better and or cheaper.

Never trust Best buy with their extended warrenty. Its a waste of money. They never cover ur cost, jus blame it on u. betwen hp and toshiba, toshiba is a lot better

Dude, you can get better systems that that for less money by going to www.stupidcheapcomputers.net And yes, you should always get an extended warranty on any system that you are going to own for more than a year.

i thinks HP Pavilion is better.
Toshiba Satellite give intel GMA graphic card maybe have a problem when you running Heavy 3D program or 3d games but if you plan buy to watch video is just fine.
But this type of GMA graphic card is old version .the newest version is X3000

definitely go for toshiba..its great and is a power house..no doubt..and am really not sure bout the extended warranty thing..

go for Toshiba man... they are better at performance.. hp slows down aftera while... i have used hp.. not satisfied..
