I am a Nurse Practitioner. And I got my current position that I have been at for A little over 4 years. By posting my resume on monster.com
A lot of companies are now looking at a good deal of resumes that are posted on monster.com. And I work with a few other people who got hired through them.
It would not hurt to try.

Always persevere and until the door is open for you .
It took me four months to find a job.....
