first things first in picking out a cellphone provider, do they have coverage in ur area....MVDO (most companies that borrow signals from big dog companies) can be tricky with that. Amp works of of verizons network and helio works of of sprint and verizons network...but more of sprints. Both providers are almost evenly matched in terms of usage and abilities. but think about what factor ur apealing to...me personally. I need at least 500 anytime minutes FREE nights and weekends UNLIMITED internet and a kick butt phone. your needs may be different but i gotta tell ya...i went with helio and so far it's pretty sweet. the bill is reasonable and i get good/great coverage for my area. Ampd didnt have ANY in my area which was weird b/c they sell the phones here...and use verizons network...which to be honest verizon has the BEST towers I have EVER seen.
Hope i could offer some help

Given your handle, you're probably looking to score style points. Can't help you there, although you've narrowed your choices down to the carriers w/ the highest style quotient.

Think about a couple of things: make sure the features they offer are the ones you'll most use. No sense buying a package you're barely ever going to use. And make sure the carriers have sufficient coverage for where you're going to use them the most. Why have a fancy phone when it won't work in half the areas you're in?

Good luck in your decision.
