And I bet when you were a kid a lot of folks tried to palm off that "well their birthday is so close to Christmas, one gift will do" thing on you. You should be like the Queen, have an "official" birthday at some other time of year for people to celebrate with you.

I'm sure there are a lot of people in your shoes, only the dates maybe different.
Remember that you don't have to look far to find someone who is in worse shape than you are.

My pal born 1st Jan,Marries 1st May,Child born 1st April,retires 1st Feb. He gets worried about the 1st of a month in case he croaks it!

well it sounds like you need to use a different kinda of calendar then the Gregorian one....
try the china, japan,Russian, or bible or Jewish one..
or the lunar one.....
