anyone from australia know of any colic drops that actually work for newborn babies?

there are so many. With my son it was trial and error. The best thing I actually found was to sterilise the laundry tub and fill it with warm water and let him float and kick in it. Within 2 minutes the screaming had stopped and he would fart it all out then would be right for the night. Talk to the chemist and see what is the most effective that parents buy. I find this is a great source for what works with many things

I've used the Brauer one for colic, and Infant's Friend. They were moderately effective.
What worked the best, and permanently, was taking my son to a kinesiologist. When he was born his digestive system wasn't in the best nick for some reason, and she did some work on him to help things along, to boost his immune system, and to adjust his sleeping patterns, too. He's been a much better baby since the treatments.
