yeah,when i see my mind wants something thats not good or inappropriate,i become rude to myself and don't do that.

oh yeah, there are ways to be rude to yourself.
Do anything that purposefully harms you...that's rude.
Staying up too late knowing you need the sleep....results in your body being so tired it can't function the next day...that was rude of you to do to yourself. Now do we always care when we are rude to ourselves? Nahhh.

Oh yes. Just yesterday I called myself quite a few nasty names. I was just being stupid and had to be told off.
