Yes, your computer should have come with a set of recovery disks and are especially for restoring your computer to factory settings.
If you don't have the disks it may be because your laptop has a recovery partition on the hard drive negating the need for disks.
If your don't have the recovery disks or a recovery partition, contact your manufacturer's support line and demand a set.

If you received it as a gift, take it back to the computer store so they can do it for you. If it is only the desktop, thats easy enough to change into an ordinary setting (wallpaper, themes,fonts etc)
Be careful what you change back into factory settings

i have the same one and i took it back to PC world and they did it with no problems..its been fine since then
