Itchy and Scratchy are more violent but Tom and Jerry are effective and will when required work together. Itchy is fairly bright but works with no one and Scratchy is a idiot.
Both Tom and Jerry are fairly bright and Jerry shows flashes of genius.
The match goes to Tom and Jerry.
