With Medical insurance and without medical insurance, I needed two answer, please help!

The approval of the guard is necessary in order that a patient must be transferred from one hospital to another.

If it is a life saving reason then the hospital can transfer the patient, In the States a hospital must treat all patients with or without insurance if it is an Emergency or life treating and I don't mean just in the ER

if the medical necessity is there they can move them EX- burn victim comes in to a hospital without a major burn unit, they are stabilized and moved to a hospital with a burn unit where they can be properly cared for. Insurance does not play a factor in a situation like that. however, there are procedures that a lack of insurance will cause a problem. some procedures are elective like organ transplants. unless your are at a non-profit hospital i don't believe you can get a transplant without insurance
