i sweat all thetime and get hot easy sometimes. its normal 99 percent of the time. alot of girls lie about getting sweaty. i can't even wear button down (like work shirts) shirts without getting stains and i always gotta throw away white shirts after like 6 months. there are two things you can do . 1 go to the doctor and wiegh your options with them like botox injections under your arms to stop sweating or you can see if there is something wrong with your hormones or if you are diabetic. or 2 live with it. good luck.

also, if you have too much salt in your diet, it makes you sweat .. so cut down on the salt

and ... you may want to get a general check up .. make the doctor check your Thyroid gland to ensure its working (it may be overactive)

goodluck and stay well
