this is gonna be kinda vague but who knows the name of the movie with the guy outside a window with like a boombox over his head and what song is on the radio its a really good movie everyones prolly wathced it cuz its old pls help!!

"say anything" is the name of the movie
the song playing in that scene is "in your eyes" by peter gabriel
