If it is Elderberry - Sambucca negris, you can usually get them from the herb and vege section of a garden centre.

They are easy to grow from cuttings and seed too if you can get your hands on them. They will sucker and grow very quickly so keep them pruned well.

you can check on ebay they showed something there otherwise you may have to check overseas.
