My idea is: Basically a service for parents which informs them if there is a party or more people there then agreed. I could take pictures and/or video and send it via email. Or just call whatever number is provided or even contact the police. Would you use this service and how much would you pay. Thanks

Maybe. It's private investigation - why don't you go into that fully?

You REALLY mean SPY, don't you? Are you telling me, for instance, if I were a parent going away on a trip and I left my teenager at home on his or her own...you would like, "spy" on my house the whole time and notify me of people's comings and goings?? Why don't we ALL just start distrusting one another? Have you thought about how you're going to feel, when say, someone you told on got beaten up, maimed or their life ruined because the person who hired you was a controlling abuser with a little-known history of Domestic Violence?? I personally wouldn't want nothing to do with you or your service ( and if this becomes your job, think about how it will affect your "relationship-status"...cuz NObody likes to be associated with a SPY!) HOWEVER, I'm willing to bet there's a lot of people out there who distrust their kids, and this would CERTAINLY give them the "vehicle" they were looking for.

I think when people host big parties catering service or event planers kind of check guest list to make sure people don't crash parties.

You mean like a PI? There'll probably be parents who can use your service.
