I have seen a lot of HD shows on Mininova.org and Meganova.org
you could also try torrentspy.com. I would really apptreciate that invite to bitmetv.org.

I haven't seen torrent for HD out yet.
HD technology is still young, so is BluRay.
No one has come up with any programs
to rip these (at least Here in the US).
Try the website "ISO Search"
(they're affiliated with www.torrentbox.com)
Go to Torrentbox, type in the file(s) you're looking
for, and click "global" which will take you to
ISO Search...
...bookmark "ISO Search" into your Favorites folder
for future reference.
