I know about kegals, but I wanted know about some home remedies that I could practice and share with my friends.

there are absolutely no home remedies except kegal exercises. the only other thing you can do is go to a very skilled plastic surgeon who specializes in gential work and get a vagianal reguvination. they take a laser and burn your hymen so it grows back smaller and your tighter. good luck.

I know two ways to tighten your *****.

1. use the alum water . use it with cotton on ***** lips and may be little inside. this is fully sterlized so none of you need to worry about it.

2. excercise.

if you want to control your muscles then there is only 1 possible way. in all medical books you can read that anal muscles and ***** muscles make the shape of 8. when one ring tights other will be tight too. try to make firm grip on some physical object in anal. and within 5 days you will be able to use ***** muscles.

Try consulting some gynacologist near you if you are not satisfy by answer.

the basically element i understand of that's confident fireplace is surgical treatment. it may be made as tight as new. i'm not confident that any exercising will benefit that even although that's the basically different selection. in many circumstances crossing the legs and squeezing is cautioned and would nicely be well worth a tribulation.

You can strengthen your muscles through exercise. You can do it anytime, at work, watching t.v., etc.

Just squeeze your muscles like you are trying to hold urine. Hold. Release. Repeat.

There is also an old remedy--and I do not know if it works or not. It calls for douching with Alum. Alum is the ingredient they use to make pickles firm. But no recommendations on that one. You may want to google it and see what you come up with .

There aren't any that really work. Unfortunately the only way to improve on muscles is to exercise them.

ya i totally found this way just acouple of nights ago while i was WITH my husband at night i managed to get it sooooooo tight after a while he said it felt really good but after a while he had to take a break cuz it was getting too tight.... needless to say i have no complaints there i dont know how to explain it in short... sorry.

you can clench and unclench ur vaginal muscles.. like withholding piss when u cant go... its sure to tighten ur vaginal muscles... keep me posted on how its working....
