note: what should i feed the mother?

DO NOT DISTURB THE HAMSTERS!!

Just give food and fill the water bottle.

If you really must touch the babies, (like the babies fall out of the cage and such) Use a clean spoon, not your hand, because your hand's smell will rub off on the baby and the mother will not recongise the baby and will eat it.

Mother will eat when under stress or sense danger.

After a month, you can separate the babies from the mother.

Normal good quality hamster food will do.

Make sure there is plenty of food in the cage for the mother other than the babies!

get a different cage for the babies.
