I'm having trouble finding eyeliner in creme form as opposed to a pencil....I prefer to apply my eyeliner with a thin eyeliner brush but can't actually find a place that sells creme eyeliner (at least not in the department stores ie: Target or Kohls....)Any suggestions....maybe online websites that might sell it?

Smashbox makes a great creme eyeliner that comes in lots of colors, goes on smoothly with their recommended brush and dries in 60 seconds, or you can smudge it in that time for a smokey look. It lasts all day, is a little expensive but the container lasts forever!

Try a wet/dry compressed powder eyeshadow and use a thin wet brush.

Personally, I prefer the Bobbi Brown one.
