Something bad went wrong with her boyfriend again... she just won't give him up! It's crazy, but hey, it's love... since when is love rational. Anyway, I really want to cheer her up, or at least comfort her, but i think i've done everything possible in that department in the past... i'm here for her... i dont' know what else to do?
Please don't tell me to tell her to break up with him, it's not my decision.

Sometimes as a friend, all you can do is be there to pick up the pieces. If you've done everything else you can think of, offered sanity, a way out, support, love, comfort, advice, I would say you are at that point.
Just let her know you are there, and no matter how much you may end up wanting to 'smack some sense into her' just be there. Don't tell her she is wrong or what she should do. Just love her and be there when she needs you.
It's not always easy being a friend, but it is worth it.

A getaway, thats what she needs. You guys should jump in the car and drive someplace kewl for the weekend, maybe accidentally make it a scenario where she will be subjected to conversations and interactions with the opposite sex. This wont work if you take her to a frat party so choose something appropriate. Its human nature to refuse any truth unless you see it for yourself, she will need to see it for herself. if you told her to dump him you would only be putting a potential wedge between you and her. I have a couple of friends who's girlfriends are not good people and when they tell me the things that they do I let my natural reaction come out. Its good for them to see that some of these things their gf's do really is appalling.

Also I think I saw it was you that found a statement humorous on another answer, something about the best way for her to forget about him is to find herself underneath someone else. Just hopefully she doesnt jump from the pan into the fire.

I found with my friends in this predicament, the best thing I can do is let nature run its course, be there as needed and roll big fat hog-legs to comfort them directly following an ordeal.

Good luck...
