What do you mean by modern day human anyway?
To stay modern, you got to learn those high tech stuff, use the internet and all those mobile gadgets, keep tuning in to the latest radio, TV news on all subjects, keep up with what's new, etc etc
But I think.. modern day human (especially in big cities) have to re-learn the skill of direct communication, not just text msgs, ecard, email stuff but real human to human talk. The more modern we are, the less time we have to actually spend with people that matters. We have to re-learn the compassion, empathy to help each other. It's now the era or ME, MINE, and I. Who cares about you or others? and I think we got to learn to love our environment. OK, I sound like a nature peace lover freak but seriously, these things are the values that modern day human lack of and learning to do these are more difficult than keeping up with being modern.
