You can do what the girl above said, but I will discuss the basics.
This is a simple sample of an html code:

Sample Webpage

This is a sample webpage

This is just a sample

Try to copy this code starting form the in Notepad and save it as sample.html

As I've said, search for websites containing html tutorials.

Better yet, if you really want to make a complete web page, get Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. You can make your layouts and contents of your websites without coding and the program will make it's own html code.

html is very easy.u can download the tutorials.
if u dont have html khowledge, then you can use Ms Frontpage of microsoft office, where without html knowledge you can create html pages with ease with the help of default templates or even your own.
just paste and place the matter where u need to and finally save the page.
congrats!!!!
your html page is ready.

using just the notepad, you can use HTML codes to build your website..

first, you need to make tags in partners with angle brackets like for example, other codes here..

tags have different functions..

the most common tags in HTML are:

and many other..notice the slash in the end tags of HTML codes..they act as a mark to which the code will end..

research some more..
