(I've only seen the movies so forgive my lack of knowledge about the characters)
Sesshoumaru - I like his'evil' thing going on, and I think he's hot. He pretends he doesn't give a damn about anyone but he really does care for the little girl (Rin?). The guy really cares for Inuyasha even if he hates him at the same time. Plus I love his clothes and his voice!
Miroku - The guy's a pervert, but he's funny. I like his relationship with Sango, and I don't know why they're still not together! I like his wind tunnel, I wish I had one. I like how knowledgeable he is too.
Kilala - he/she is so cute!!

My favorite Character is Kikyou. She is:-
1. Powerful, everyone knows she has the power to purify the jewel
2. Beautiful, i love her costumes, hairs, and her eyes.
3. Smart, she does look smart!
4. A master of Archery. I've been wanted to be an archery !
5. Always play with children and protective. :)
6. Calm and collective
7. sometime is tricky =p
8. Mysterious
9. Always help injured soldiers.
10. Good In medicine.

Ahhh i don't no how to spell her name it starts with a k it the girl who is dead that make inuyasha stick to a tree for 50 years i like her b/c when she was being brought back to life when she had her hands on her face it looked like she wasn't even touching her face she has a soft but tough handle on thing and strong to!!

Haha. Definitely Jakotsu!! He's so kawaii!! >.< yep, I know I'm weird but even though he's gay (which I don't mind, honestly. I'm a shonen-ai fan XD ) , he's just an adorable character. Plus, his Jakotsutou is totally cool.
