The question should be a bit broader as to what class of fish have swim bladders. There are fish with skeletons and what are known as cartilaginous fish, that have cartilage rather than a skeleton.
The fish without skeletons, including the the largest fish, the whale shark, shares the existence with many fish, including sting rays, manta rays, white pointer sharks and rat fish.
There is also a class called agnatha that comprise of parasitic fish called lampreys. Swim bladders are not present in any of them.
It is only the class Osteichthytes that has swim bladders, although within that class, there are lungfish, which form an order that are a paradox in that can breath oxygen from the air.
