Since this is in the Philippines section, I will assume you mean the sellers of the bags in this country. People who are buying these bags here do not think they are real in any way. Everyone knows if they buy a "designer" bag at 168, Tutuban, Greenhills, etc. it is fake. I cannot stress this enough. It is illegal but the people buying them KNOW THEY ARE FAKE. If not, they would go to Rockwell, Greenbelt, etc. and buy a real bag. No one in this country is mistaking these for real bags.
While the issue of legality is correct, the purchasers do not believe these are real. Why report the sellers? Although it is illegal and I personally do not purchase or carry fake designer items (just gauche in my opinion), why am I going to make life difficult for a person just trying to make a living here? Trust me, there are worse crimes in the world. Once we solve the problems of corruption, hunger, poverty, traffic, drug pushers, child abuse, prostitution, pollution, and double dead meat in this country, I will get right on the fake bag sellers.

They are usually street vendors or people on ebay.
Ebay will shut down the account. Then the person just opens another account and starts all over again.
Street vendors are reported all the time. They just pack up and move for awhile and then are back to selling again.
Personlly, I just don't understand all this designer purse hype. I wouldn't spend the $35.00 for a fake. Just too much money for me.

Well its the same as you downloading illegal music through Limewire or winmx. That's illegal shouldn't you get reported? Its one of those things that if your not doing it you want them to be stopped, but if your doing it you find ways to make your statement that's all. Is it right? i do respect your opinion. yes you are right that others should not copy others' designs or whatsoever right?
but its a culture already. to imitate and to feel better holding or using something that has expensive name / brand it is. so its very hard to eliminate that.
