This is an odd question, but anyway. I have rear-ended someone before, and if they reacted that way I would have the police take care of it. They are probably upset about their car, but as long as no one is seriously hurt, then they should not act that way. The damages will be paid for by your insurance company, that what it's for and that's why you pay so much for it. Accidents happen.
