Bleach is four times cheaper than chlorine.
I would switch back to chlorine in the springtime

Household bleach is chlorine, same as pool chlorine. As always, use test strips to monitor your pH balance.

Usually household bleach is weaker in strength than the stuff you buy for pools....home depot chlorine is usually about 10% chlorine and household bleach is 6%....

Yes , you can use bleach to chlorinate your pool anytime, summer too. I do because it cheapest.

yes, but because its got water in it, its not as strong. depending on the state you live in check the local pool place and see if they sell liquid bleach ( i know the one in the store is liquid, but if you ask them they know what you are talking about)
