internet on psp?

what setting do i go on
and when i do go and get it it says ip adress timed out
so yaa i dont know what to do
i want internet badd

If it is timing out and you don't own the router/wifi connection point then chance are you are either too far away from it or it is blocking you.

If you do own it then try to get closer and then make sure you check the WEP/WPA confirmation for the key code.
