how do you open the door in the jk rowling site? by the way the chime turned to a key.?

the chime turned to a key but the door wont open? i got it from this:

The chime will turn into the key, which opens the door. Click on the wrapped gift behind the door, then click on it again and figure out the title yourself by playing a game of hangman.

I had the same problem, but when you go to jkrowling.com, enter the site w/ the british flag (left most button) it works there.

it should open...maybe she stopped the hangman game i guess....try refreshing your page and do it again
