As I see it, there are two ways.
1) in your mind's eye.
2) if you have little holes in your eyelids. I knew someone years ago who had this little operation done. Really sad man.

not unless you take a picture of yourself in the mirror when your eyes are closed

No, it is not possible to see yourself in the mirror with closed eyes. Because God made our eyes to see w/ unclosed eyes not to see w/ closed eyes, OK?!...
