Oh wow that's a good list. Its pretty hard to answer this question. There are so many "Best Movie Ever"'s Your list has a few that I could say that for its own reason's is the best movie ever. "Psycho" for one is the greatest suspense / horror films of all time. "Pulp fiction" is also a best movie because there are parts of that movie that get you everytime you see it. "...And, you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee!---BANG BANG" "Rocky" well come on, he loses at the end of the movie, "Star Wars" No. "Empire Strikes Back" Yes. I have done some thinking and I will go with one best. My favorite movie of all time. "Where the day takes you." I know no one knows it but find it and watch it. So many good (and bad) actors before anyone really knew them playing some hard roles. btw I love the way you set up this question...35 choices is pretty cool.

I guess if I have to pick my answer from your list I would say in my opinion the best would be Titanic. But I also really liked Forrest Gump and One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest.

My choice is the Titanic my reasons for this are
A good love story relating it with the circumstances that took place in the ship
the music is great
a good screen play, heart touching romance
sad ending ,good performance by the artists
all together mixed like a delicious coffee
resulting with a 11 oscars
Cast away is the next choice to me
