I don't know how to dance to that one, but I know a dance you can do that's real easy. This dance is called The Chicken Noodle Soup. It's all about foot work and arm movement. For example, when she says let it reign and clear it out, you put your hands up front of your face, that's when she says let it reign, and when she says clear it out you cross your arms and then seperate them. I alreqady know how to do it, but if you don't know how, all you have to do is listen to the song and then watch the video and they'll show you how it's done.

i offered this DVD noted as Zumba! and it includes factors of Cumbias (i think of so. you're talking a pair of form of spanish-y dance, good?) it additionally includes salsa, bellydancing, and different issues. i think of this is exciting.
