We been together for 4 years and we broke up and i started talking to some other guy and he found out and it broke his heart, but when he was with me he was abusive and cheated.

That is the sign of a jerk you need to get rid of, that's all, nothing more complicated than that.
IF he can keep on using you for sex he will but he does not like you or care about you. He is just using you, lots of guys act this way because they want to keep on doing you and don't want anyone else to do you but not because they like you or anything. It's like if they sell a car and then see the new owner driving it they want it back but then they don't care about it when they get it back.

Don't go back to him. Stay as far away from the jerk as possible. If he has abused and cheated on you before, he will do it again. He just can not stand to see you happy. If you too his abuse for four years, he think you will take more. You are better off without him.

you've done the right thing, your away from him, don't go back and have to start over getting away from him again. chances are if you go back to him it won't last, and he'll be acting just like he did before. once an abuser always an abuser.

You need to just stay away from the ex....he is broken hearted? I doubt it.....he cheated on you and abused you.....if he loved you it wouldn't have happened in the first place.

He thinks of you as his possesion, and even when you're broke up,. he sees you as his "property." Tell him to f*** off! If you get back together cause he's sooooooooooo sad you're moving on, he will go back to being abusive!
