Well, five mixes are out for the US (MAX and MAX2, EX and EX2, and, more recently, SuperNOVA) and seven for Japan (MAX and MAX2, EX, Festival, Str!ke, and Party Collection). If you get either EX2 or SuperNOVA, it is $40. SuperNOVA is $60 with the pad. For the others, they run around $20-$30 on EBay, BemaniStyle, DDRUK, and others.

Yes. You can get it used for very little (20 bucks with pads) on ebay or at a game store. Good luck!
