The lesson I learn , each day, to know that we are totally interedependent with nature gives me hope that I have something to contribute to this world . And that is why I have been brought here .

Many amongst us feel that we have nothing to contribute. I look at a lowly Butterfly to the mighty mountain. A simple bacteria to curdle the milk to a powerful HIV virus to correct people who do immoral things ...... I see in all of them a contribution to the world.
And that , I see, as my meaning to life.

By becoming hearing impaired at 10 months of age and then overcoming in speaking normally from my mother for many years who then passed away from breast, bone, liver cancer 3 months ago. I just realised the legacy she left me.....

living for God...if you really think about it it is the ONLY thing that gives meaning because all else is temporary and passes away...read Ecclesiastes in the Bible it is only a few pages long

survival-I need to thrive and be capable of living withour fear
purpose- I need to be doing something meaningful for myself and others
family and friends- I need to be a part of a collective, the older I am, the more I appreciate the simplicity and wonder of youth. I need to be admired by others and I need to admire others.
self- I need to be allowed time to myself and my thoughts and my pleasures
religion-I need a relationship with God

the fact that I count in peoples lives. That I have accomplished some of my goals.
Being with my grand kids beings me meaning.
And being with my guy does also
