This song is a dance song commonly heard at school dances. It has no words and starts Silent and gradually the song come together ( the song starts with bursts of sound then gradually they get closer toghther to form the song) and has a consistent sound.

I heard sandstorm is played at dances wayy too much.
And yea...all techno songs are like that, try finding some Eurobeat, it's from italy and is like techno but happier.
it might be "every time we touch" thats popular too
If it has no words it's not techno, its trance, trance is techno w/out words
