I'm not exactly sure what colors are best for grey eyes... if they are a blueish grey go for browns... But I find the most important 2 things you can do to make your eyes pop are use mascara and eyeliner and use it well...
People with eyes that are naturally big should use eyeliner on the wetline - if you dont know what that is, look in the mirror at your eyes, on the side of your eyelashes closest to your eyeball is the wet line, the other side is the dry line... If you're blonde, dont go with anything too harsh, browns look best... If you have darker hair go for a black eyeliner... I like mac eyeliners, and the people at Mac stores are also amazing at helping you out!
I only would recommend putting eyeliner on the dry line if you have really small eyes... and if you do, then I'd suggest nothing too harsh, if you are blonde DEFINATELY use a brown eyeliner! and make sure to get it as close to your eyelashes as possible!
You can also put eyeliner on your upper eyelid on the wet or dry line... some girls use eyeliner instead of eyeshadow and apply it to the dry line... I use it to 'complete' my "look" so in that case I use it as eyeliner and put it on the wet line (this can be tricky to do but once you get the hang of it, its not hard at all)... But you dont need to use eyeliner on your upper lid ESPECIALLY if you have small eyes DO NOT use eyeliner on the wetline of your upper lid!
Now that you are a pro with eyeliner... time for the mascara! My general rule on that is use the same color eyeliner as you use mascara... If you use a brown eyeliner, generally you are going for a softer more natural look and you would prefer a brown mascara (but you can only pull that off if you're a blonde)... But to really make your eyes pop, use a good black mascara... It should add volume and length, and you should keep a separating comb handy so theres no clumping... If your eyelashes dont have much curve to them you might want to use an eyelash curler, it will take a few times to get the hang of it and after that it will take under a minute and will help build your "look"... For mascara I would recommend hypnose by lancome - of course most people cant afford $35 eyeliners (me included) so other good ones are voluminous by l'oreal... actually, if you're looking for a good mascara, go to whatever store you buy your makeup from where they have makeup artists that can give you advice and their opinion... Ask them what they recommend because theres sooo many good ones out there depending on what you want and need...
Also, just so you know, if you're blonde, you arent restricted to brown eyeliner and mascara, lots of my blonde friends wear black makeup and look great...
And you can also ask a makeup artist what colors will make your eyes pop, they take makeup artistry courses, they know their stuff... And when it comes to eyeliners, the ones you sharpen tend to be better... They take a lil more skill to put on so if its your first time using eyeliner, maybe get a retractable one, but I definately prefer pencil ones...

Miss Mina,
Firstly, there is NOTHING wrong with grey eyes! I really don't know which part of the world you live in, but where I come from, a lot of people think they're beautiful. In fact, I myself had a pair of grey contacts (disposable) at some point.
Since you're eyes are grey, try to work around them to make your entire look electrifying. Try different colors... bolds, and bright. I think if you find a nice green (somewhere between emerald and olive) you could match it up with a nice dramatic green eye shadow, and liner.
Also, I think a nice blackest-of-all-black eyeliner should do you some good. (A soft tip, retractable one, that doesn't need sharpening. Try L'Oreal or Revlon). Apply this to your eye lid as well as your lower one. This will give your grey pretties the right attention they need. Also, stick with pale pink lippy, or something in nude for the day or evening. For a night out, try the same eye look with a tasteful lipstick in rogue, or even wine.
GoodLuck!!

gray eyes rock!!
the best thing about gray eyes is that you can use greens to make them look greener, or bues to make them look bluer! lucky girl.
first i'd put some foundation on your lids and pat it in like you'd do on your face, then i'd get a very soft shimmery white eyeshadow and a fluffy brush and sweep it just under your brows, then i'd get a blue eyeshadow take a smaller brush and put it just above the lid in the "crease". then get pretty light blue eyeshadow take a brush and put the color on the lid. then take a fluffy brush and blend the blues together ajust a bit, with a light circling motion. grab some black wet eyeliner and (this will take some practice if you're not used to wet eyeliner) carefully line the lid, staying as close to your eyelashes as possible. then some black normal eyeliner and line your waterline (the bottom inside part your eyelashes come out of). some mascara and voila. this is a bit more "dramatic" more of a night look.
you can do this same thing with the greens. (light green, and dark green).
for a simple look to do during the day, i'd get a gray color and put it on your crease, then a nude-ish color and put it on our lid. then line your lids and waterline with a brown eyeliner, and use some brown mascara.
i hope i helped!
