Christmas, overall, was pretty good.

Best part: watching my kids opening their presents and seeing how happy and content they were

Worst part: my wife had to work nights this year ( she works at a hospital as a lab tech and this year was her turn). So, yesterday was very quiet but she finishes this morning and is now off for 6 days which makes it worthwhile. Tonight, we feast on turkey!

How was your day?

busy, I made 2 quilts in the past 3 weeks, bought and wrapped presents for my kids and their kids, cooked 2 dinners, roast beef on christmas eve, and turkey today, made 5 pies, dozens of cookies, a cheese cake, and dinner rolls. I'm tired, and am planning on sleeping until noon.
