I got a video on my laptop and when i play it it seems it chops every 2 seconds. but the should stays normal.
anyone know what the problem could be?

If your running on an air card, I think unless it's a download depending on your reception It tends to flake out like that, most annoying.

Have you installed the proper codec
to view the video file?

Depending on what type of video file
it is, you'll need the proper codec installed
to view it.
Windows Mediaplayer doesn't support
many codecs.

Go to http://www.videohelp.com
and browse that website; there are many tools
and utilities there to help you;
including codecs in the Tools section.
