my guitar strap just snapped and i need a new one...any suggestions for the best straps??

the one that is holding the guitr snapped not the one hanging on my shoulder...

Defiantly a wide strap with strap locks that will keep your strap from coming off of the guitar. Nylon is actually very strong and cheaper than leather

buy something a little wider say 2 1/2 or 3 inches. it spreads the weight out on your shoulder a little. go to musiciansfriend.com and do a search for Levy Leather - they've got a good selection.
