yup there are... the biggest one would be art friend... they sell a kind of things related to art n crafts...

Bras Basah Complex next to the Central Library. There are quite a few stores that sell art materials. The biggest being ARTFRIEND which takes up much of the level. Students from the nearby Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts always go there to get their materials. Been there a thousand times.

I've heard there are, but the only one I know of myself is Garie Sim's store... he has various brands of polymer clay plus supplies, etc., and may have more things too.
