naruto thinks he is cool all the time so no. neji acts to full of himself and calm so no again. sasuke ya he acts like a gangster cause he is cool.chouji is in the middle.Garra is like sasuke he is moody and cool so ya he is. rock lee ya because he is my favorite character ^^ . orochimaru is too old to be a gangsta. and kabuto is too gay with orochimaru to be one

I dont really think any of them act like a gangster. Although it wouldnt be bad if they acted more like ninjas too.
