Wear a light brown shadow. Apply concealer first, then eyeshadow. Try not to go too far above your creases..

avoid shadows that are too shimmery, as this will enhance the hooded part of the eye. to help close set eyes appear wider, use a light shadow on the inner corners of the eye. this will help enlarge the area between the eyes. extend the outer part of your eye by drawing a thicker line of liner on the outer part on your top lashes. put more mascara on the outer lashes. sponge tip applicators apply shadow well, but use a eyeshadow brush if you want more precision.

You dont always have to match your eyeshadow to your lip colour, If you plan to wear colorfull eyeshadows I advice you match the color to your clothes but if you plan to wear neutral eyeshadow colors, that matches everything you wear. Pink always looks good as long as it's subtle if you wear too much you'll look like a hooker.

this would be helpful if I knew your hair and eye color-
I would go with a smoky eye and a soft lip. You don't want to go too dark when you are wearing pastels. It won't match.
MAC has some good light pinks. I have one called "petal" that may work. If not, get a sheer lip gloss too!

I would use a silver base with a pink tint....apply the silver on your lower lid and then in the crease of your eye apply the pink and outline your upper lid and lower lid with black liner and use mascara on the top of your lashes not the lower ones...

The person above me described how to wear eyeshadow. I am just here to tell you, do not wear pink eyeshadow. Eyeshadow, despite what some think, should not be the same color as your eyes or as your clothes.

I always put the light color on my entire lid, the medium shade just on the part below the crease, and the darkest just above my liner.
I would find nutral colors with glitter to mak eyour eyes pop/
